Lucky Clients Win a Grand Total of $32,500

Oakville, ON – Two lucky homeowners recently collected their $25,000 grand prize in Sutton Quantum’s Cash Giveaway! Broker of Record Tina Gardin drew the names of the winners, Lucy Anh Tuyet Le and Shara Hap, at the Sutton Group - Quantum Realty Inc.* Oakville location on Wednesday, January 17th. In addition to this incredible grand prize, there were three recipients of $2,500 each in 2017. Through this contest, Tina Gardin is pleased to have made homeownership even more rewarding.
“This draw was the perfect way to kick off a new season,” says Tina. “2017 was a great year for us and we’re more than happy to be able to do this for our loyal clients.”
The grand prize-winning couple are both first-time homebuyers. They were entered into the draw when they purchased a home with the expertise of REALTOR® Tessa Rojas.
“I'm very happy for my clients,” says an overjoyed Tessa. “The money will definitely go a long way towards helping them with their finances.”
One of the grand prize winners, Lucy, is pleased to report: “We shared some of the money with our family and the rest is going into savings and a rainy-day fund. We might do a vacation, but we’re definitely spending the money as if it’s our own hard-earned money.”
The contest was open to any client who bought or sold a property with this office in 2017 and who met certain terms and conditions. The contest excluded estate sales, corporations, commercial sales and leases. Last year, Sutton Group - Quantum Realty Inc.* gave away a brand new Fiat in a similar draw for its 2016 clients.
